DamagePilot

Privacy

DamagePilot is being built around trust. This early-stage privacy notice explains the information we collect through the current public site and how we intend to use it.

Information you submit

When you send a damage inquiry or apply to join the founding expert network, you may provide contact details, location or jurisdiction, professional background, information about damaged property or assets, and a description of what happened.

How we use it

We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, evaluate demand, determine whether an available service or expert may fit the request, evaluate prospective experts, and improve DamagePilot’s early workflows.

Data minimization

Please do not submit unnecessary sensitive information through the early-access forms. We will expand this notice as the platform begins accepting richer case evidence, accounts, payments and professional documents.

Service providers

The current website is hosted using third-party infrastructure. Form submissions may be processed by the hosting provider and other services used to operate the site.

Contact

Privacy questions can be sent through the contact page.

This is an early-stage privacy notice and will be replaced by a fuller policy before broader public paid operation.
